All leaders are docked and proceeds to either the meeting room a certain person checks the holo-screen of the curren't alliance standings

Both factions are headed towards progress and seems to have high relations to each other.
Sidenote: I've excluded Heaven's Grace because Zal seems to won't be much active anymore since afterall, he can't spend much time here since he'll be busy as a father now, he is a legend that is fading.

Description:
Formed because of the mutual lust for power and technology.

I didn't include Mioran Colonies because doogie is the only one left in the alliance. I could only expect a miracle to get things going active again and that's pretty much our job to this community.

So necrontyr hasn't answered my help (Or he didn't receive the PM i sent or thought of it as ridiculous) so i'm going to remove the trade center and i'll just handle this myself.

You guys may post now and i've also removed the current alliances because y'know DGW has restarted.

I've added Alliance of Progression and Black Alliance. I am still considering wether or not to put some misc alliances like mine and necron's
